RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Information
Before requesting an RMA, please contact technical support by email (email@example.com) or by phone at 1-802-874-0123, option 2, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST. Every effort will be made by technical support to resolve the issue on the phone or by email. However, if the problem cannot be solved through troubleshooting and your product is still under warranty, an RMA will be issued. Do not ship products until you have received an RMA number.
ATTENTION: To help guarantee all product, requestor, and shipping information is correct, please fill the RMA form in its entirety for all reported defective units. An incomplete RMA form could delay the process.
Please affix a copy of the RMA form to the box and clearly mark the RMA number on the box and the air waybill, as follows:
