The GRBS is a cost-effective, serviceable, and modular solution that allows protective glass (clear, anti-reflective, and anti-glare) to be mounted directly to each display, providing protection to the OEM bezel and displays’ panel

Model and Serial numbers are located on the barcode sticker on the back of the bezel and on the original product packaging. Model numbers begin with the letters TSI. Serial numbers are usually listed below the bar code.

We recommend the Icron Ranger 2301 (or 2304) USB to Cat5/6 extender up to 100 feet. Other extenders may function, however support with all products cannot be guaranteed due to the number of available solutions.

Both USB 2.0 and 3.0 supply sufficient power and data transfer rates for our touch solutions to function appropriately.

• Test the power source. Are other devices receiving power?
• Run a Soft Reset.  Disconnect power cord from monitor for 30 seconds.  Plug power cord back in and retest.
• Check that the power cable is seating properly in monitor.
• Check the Toggle On/Off Switch on back of monitor is flipped to “On” position.
• Swap out power cord and retest.
• Are there any LED lights visible along perimeter of the monitor? If so, run a Soft Reset and retest

An Out of Warranty situation that is a result of: Accident, natural disasters, fire or water damage, neglect, improper use, acts of war, riots, strikes, lightning or electrical disturbances, damage during transportation by Customer, work performed, or modification made by personnel other than TSI Touch employees or subcontractors, or other causes beyond TSI Touch’s control.

It is our standard practice to attempt to resolve any issues remotely first, if possible. If we are unable to resolve the situation remotely, we are happy to offer you repair service under our standard warranty coverage. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the unit to TSI Touch.

You have 14 days from the day of delivery of the replacement to return the defective unit.  If after the 14 day time period, an invoice will be created for the replacement.

Replacements are usually sent in transit cases when a replacement is being returned.  To package a replacement, the transit case should be marked with the words FRONT or SCREEN on the outside or inside of the case.  Place the front of the monitor and/or touch solution facing the side with the stencilling. If the item is loose, you may fortify the unit with foam or bubble wrap.

Do not return accessories with the defective unit unless told to do so as replacements are usually shipped without the accessories.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the defective unit back to TSI Touch unless other arrangements have been previously arranged.

Cleaning and sanitation procedures have now been established within public spaces. Ultimately, we believe touchscreens are just another surface that needs to be cleaned.
